T-250 Tabber
The T-250 Tabber is a great machine. Most tabbers in its class can do paper tabs only. The advanced design of the T-250 gives it the ability to run clear, translucent and paper tabs at speeds of up to 12,000 per hour on a typical tri-fold mailer. The new control panel design and professional grade color scheme allow the T-250 Tabber to look good in workshops, warehouses, mailrooms and office environments while requiring less maintenance.
What Can the T-250 Do?
Folded Self Mailers
The T-250 applies a single tab per pass through the machine. Folded self mailers requiring two tabs will require two passes through a single T-250. For added productivity, our optional Tandem Kit can be used to run two T-250 units inline to accommodate dual tabbing requirements at speeds of up to 12,000 per hour.
Booklet Tabbing
The T-250 can apply a single tab in one pass through the machine. Booklets requiring three tabs will require three passes through the machine.
