The XPS-ProMail System is not a machine-shop approach. It was engineered and designed from the ground up as a high performance inkjet printer – and it shows. The XPS-ProMail System and its accessories are made from steel and aluminum with a duty cycle of 240 million pieces. Best of all, it’s precision engineered and built right here in the USA.  The XPS ProMail is available in either a 3″ of 4″ configuration.

With a total print height of 3″ (XPS ProMail 3.0) or 4″ (XPS ProMail 4.0), the XPS ProMail can print the address, USPS IMB barcode, return address, and permit on pre-sorted mail pieces in a single pass through the machine.

Marketing Pieces that Get Opened

Marketing pieces don’t have to look like marketing pieces.  Run the XPS ProMail inline with the XPS ProTab 4.0 tabber/stamp affixer/laber to apply the presort postage stamp and print the cancellation marks, return address, recipient’s address, and USPS IMB barcode all in a single pass at speeds of up to 20,000 pieces per hour.
