MACH 6 Full Color Printer
Leveraging Memjet inkjet technology, the MACH 6 Digital Color Printer is able to print on applications beyond the envelope and paper, as well as applications that were not possible by earlier generations. It dramatically improves direct mail marketing and packaging while maintaining an extremely low total cost of ownership.
The MACH 6 is capable of printing full color at 6 inches per second and an amazing 1600 x 1600 dots per inch. The faster option is 1600 x 800 dpi at 12 inches per second which still produces a clear image. Using landscape orientation, you will be producing up to 8,000 pieces per hour! There are five front loading ink tanks (Cyan, Yellow, Magenta, Black, and Black) that feed into the single 8.77” wide print bar. Inside these channels is a whopping 70,400 nozzles from which the ink is sprayed onto the substrate.
Enhance the performance of the MACH 6 by pairing the printer with the optional mColor RIP & Workflow software to deliver the color consistency and accuracy required by creative and production-oriented users.
What Can the MACH 6 Do?
Full Color Envelopes
Print full color envelopes at speeds of up to 8,000 #10 envelopes per hour. The MACH 6 does not use heat during the printing process, so there is no need for expensive, laser safe window envelopes.
Full Bleed
Print to the edge without the need to cut, trim, or convert.
Thick Media
With a max thickness of 3/8″, print full color on padded envelopes, bubble envelopes, and corrugated boxes.
